Salt and Steel is a hybrid coaching and class-based collective designed to help people move with strength, intention, and confidence.

Whether you're recovering from injury, optimizing your performance, or just trying to feel better in your body, we meet you where you are and coach you forward.

We offer:

  • 1-on-1 Health Coaching: Personalized rehab, strength training, and nutrition guidance
  • The Movement Collective: 2 weekly yoga and 2 weekly Pilates classes designed to build strength, mobility, and mindfulness

Every offering is built on a foundation of clinical experience, evidence-based practice, and real-life results.

This is movement for people who care about doing it right, and doing it for life.

Hi, I’m Dr. Ashleigh, chiropractor, movement coach, and founder of Salt and Steel.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with weekend warriors, deskbound professionals, and professional athletes to help them move better, recover faster, and build lasting strength. My approach blends clinical knowledge with functional training and body awareness that actually sticks.

I believe movement should empower you, not intimidate you, and that good coaching starts with listening, not barking orders.
